About the Company

FCM Travel is one of the largest and fastest-growing global business travel management companies with a worldwide reach of almost 100 countries. Despite our size, we are still among the disruptors in the corporate travel industry. We put the customer at the centre of everything we do, and we are driven to build an agile and customisable travel technology platform that anticipates and solves the needs of each business. We also pride ourselves on having a bit of an edge. We strive not to be #1 but the #1 alternative. See our video to discover who we are, or read more about us at www.fcmtravel.com, and concretely about the FCM Digital team here https://fcmdigital.factorialhr.es/#team

About the Team

The FCM Digital team is a small, nimble team making a giant impact! We aim to create a new digital experience to transform the corporate travel technology ecosystem. Acting as a start-up within a larger organisation, our technology is stable and mature, providing a seamless user experience through various third-party online booking tools (OBTs). As we aim to enhance our user journey by integrating more of the booking experience within our platform, we seek a highly skilled and business-oriented Technical Product Manager to lead this transformation. We are all about maximising flexibility while maintaining the highest degree of user experience.

We strongly believe that success is a team effort. We ideate together, create together, fail together, learn together, and succeed together. Using an agile development methodology, our teams "shape ideas" until we feel they are ready for us to build meaningful products that our end customers love to use. If you are passionate about exploring, can navigate using a North Star, are dedicated to delivering and driven to solve customer problems, then the FCM Digital team is for you.
